Return & Refund Policy
Faulty Goods / Unhappy with Purchase
If you are not delighted with your purchase, or the item(s) received are faulty, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, less the delivery costs. Please note however, that we cannot accept returns of customized, made to order or cut to order goods, unless faulty. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be NO refund.
Xin Loong Trendy Sdn Bhd MUST be informed of defective product via email or SMS/whatsapp within 2 weeks of goods received or else NO refund will be given or NO exchange will be provided.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. Xin Loong Trendy Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. More over, we will not bear the cost of product return. We retains the right for final say in refund or exchange of products.
Delivery Incorrect / Missing Item
If the delivery you received is incorrect, you are missing an item, or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact Customer Services. Please have your order number ready so that we are able to deal with your query more efficiently.
